Charlie has been fishing since he was a boy. He is a US Army veteran who moved to Florida after his honorable discharge in 2001, and fell in love with the shallow water fishing the Florida Everglades and Ten Thousand Islands have to offer. Boats are his passion.  He got his licence to fufill a dream and now holds a US Coast Guard 50 Ton Master Captain rating.
 
He started his Florida guide service in 2009 to share the blessing of being able to fish the Everglades City and Chokoloskee area waters with others.

As an avid fisherman he is proud to be a member and President of the Florida Guides Association, Board member of the National Association of Charterboat Operators, and an International Game Fish Association Certified Captain and Guide.
